Magnificent villa of 480m2 has 4 bedrooms (from all bedrooms can be accessed on the terrace), 5 bathrooms, living room with a terrace (150m2), dining room and kitchen. On the territory of the house is a swimming pool, barbecue, seating area swings, a playground and a garage.
